VEGAN Lemon and Blueberry

My niece Madi gave me this recipe years ago and i've been making them for customers ever since. A bright, zesty lemon sponge studded with juicy blueberries and topped with a thick, berry-rich glaze. Completely plant-based and full of natural flavour.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (gluten), sugar, Almond Milk (rice, sunflower oil, almonds, sea salt), rapeseed oil, cider vinegar, lemon juice and zest, blueberries.
