Roasted Hazelnut and Chocolate

One of our most popular cakes, rich and indulgent with a nutty texture. Finished with a smooth layer of chocolate ganache and a scatter of toasted hazelnuts on top.  Delicious as it is or with a spoonful of creme fraiche and some fresh berries it makes a really good desert!

INGREDIENTS: Roasted hazelnuts, butter, sugar, 55% chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla powder) eggs, cream, Milk chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, vanilla powder), double cream.
