Custard Tarts

A crisp, flaky cinnamon pastry filled with silky-smooth vanilla custard, baked until lovely and golden. A Portuguese classic - "Pastel de nata" are delicious served warm but are just as good cold.

INGREDIENTS: Flour (gluten), butter, sugar, egg yolks, double cream, milk, corn flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon.
