A golden, buttery almond friand, baked with zesty lemon and bursting with juicy blueberries. Soft in the centre with a crisp edge. 

INGREDIENTS: Icing sugar, butter, ground almonds, egg whites, plain flour (gluten), blueberries, lemon.
